SANTA ROSA VALLEY "HAMS"

Santa Rosa Valley "Hams" is an informal group of Amateur Radio Operators that work together to provide emergency and support communications to the residents of the Santa Rosa Valley. Their primary effort is to support the development of a communications capability in conjunction with the Santa Rosa Valley Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), and local Neighborhood Watch efforts.

Santa Rosa Valley "Hams" provides a communications link between the community radio system and the Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES) group serving Ventura County in the event of an emergency affecting the Valley.
